My Desk

I was looking around other blogs that I have missed during my absence and noticed a flood of “My Desk” posts.  It originally started with the Danny Choo contest that Mitoko mentioned to me a while back.  I did not have much to post about today to be honest, so here is my small meager desk/home XD.

This is the overall scope of my desk.  I just got a new desk a month or so ago.  I had some money coming in from graduation and decided this would be a decent puchase.  I listen to a lot of music so I have a sourround sound system hooked up to it.  It was orginially bought for my TV, then I had the interesting idea to rig it up to my computer, awesome idea on my part XD.  Wish my desk had more figures and such like most otaku *Sigh* damn being poor.

One of my favorite action figures I have.  The Epyon from Gundam Wing, I used to collect Gundam action figures when I was little and he was one of my favorite ones along with my Zaku.  The Epyon’s leg came off and I know that is not the original sword, but I lost some pieces to the other one.

My other figures I have on my desk, I got more on my shelves above my bed, but this is my desk post, not my room XD.  I will post pics of my room here soon.  I got new stuff since the last people have seen it.

My first wallscroll ever, hangs above my desk you can see.  The small plastic Card Captors stand came from a DVD I bought from Dollar General O_o…I kinda thought that was weird and cool.  My Rurouni Kenshin poster hangs on next to my desk, above it is one of my Shana posters.

My bunny!!!!!! My girlfriend and I bought Skeleanimals representing each other in our relationship.  Her being the bunny, and me the cat.  She bought the bunny first, then sent it to me for me to keep.  Then I bought her the Kitty from KidNemo.  Thank you KidNemo for having it in stock, they are very hard to find it seems, most other places were sold out.

This is my 2nd desk I have in my room.  it is mainly used as a host for our internet.  My usb modem I got from Alltel is hooked up to my computer and set up as a shared connection to my router that broadcasts it wirelessly to the other computers in my house.  The plastic cabinents is where I keep my misc computer parts that I pulled from other computers over the years.

That is my workspace, and home I guess you can say.  Of course nothing fancy, not covered in figma like most otaku (though I wish it was XD) Hope you like ^^
